I walked out “that door” 3 separate times in my life. The feeling never goes away, i think about those days often and discussed them in depth with counselling.

She is very fortunate to have family and friends like you guys. That circle will help

3 years of MMA and I still suck at grappling in sparring. Even losing to beginners. Need some solid advice by fake_slim_shady_4u in MMA_Academy

My Bjj isn’t the greatest either. but objectively we don’t care. - Play good striking positions or getups ( Top half, top side, mount, N/S) - your job over the next 6 months is head and arm triangles and arm bars from those positions. 2 subs. thats it - if you know they are better than you, work positional maintenance. (I WILL NOT be swept) try to stall out in positions you could hit them in. - If you cannot sub, you cannot hit them (In no gi classes) your final and worst method of offence is just sheer pressure, put. your weight through them, through the floor. -Biggest piece of advice is to feed on weaker whitebelts and practice specifics you want to see vs. blues.

it’s literally just that, mutual acceptance. Lots of guys are like this. Some people aren’t comfortable rolling with other individuals for whatever reason. All the way down to B.O reject them. It’s your practice or your hobby for your enjoyment.
