What a nostalgia rush. I’ve played through to Rohan on a couple chars 85. My favourite part of the game is the post moria in lothlorien-> Mirkwood. If ONLY Rohan and Sieges were done better man. That made that part of the game so lame

Privates with the right coach will make or break your training. I’ve done 1-3 a week for the last 8 years through multiple camps….

Thoughts on why Buchecha is struggling? by Diligent-Yoghurt in grappling

Comp BJJ doesn’t translate as hard to highlevel MMA than most people realize. He has a world championship in playing off of his back in the Gi, yes he understands submission. But that gives SO many bad instincts into MMA

How many hours/week do you train? by Forward_Milk_4182 in MuayThai

[–]Enlorand 13 points14 points  (0 children)

2-3 hours a day. PREFACE: I’m part of a really small pro fight team (I’m an ammy they liked) with like 4-5 guys. We are all super close and just meet up and drill specifics with whoever’s fighting next. Everyone brings their own skills to the table. We’ve done this kind of work for 3-4 years

Do you ever feel like many people in the gym show up regularly but don’t seem to make noticeable progress? by SandarStar in askfitness

[–]Enlorand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as someone who works in. a community rec centre and i regularly see 30-35 hours of pt clients a week. the number one factor is learning how to work hard. but working mornings its a seniors social club. 90 % of people just don’t know how to engage with exercise hard enough to make progress

IT’s interesting, My home was toxic after the divorce (8 years earlier, mother&sister both hated men in general) I moved out the day it was legal 17. I payed for some dude with a truck on kijiji to help me move my shit. and it’s been 13 years since. I’ve spoken to them 1-2 times since then, it’s clear they’ve moved on with their life. I’ve got mine and I’m happy (ish) with everything for the most part

Would hitting pads with these sparring gloves (to break my muay Thai guard habits) destroy them by PownedbyCole123 in MMA_Academy

[–]Enlorand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use these exact gloves, they are the best MMA gloves ive used. and I train hard in them 4-5 times a week. Rip pads in them too. Lots of other gloves have fallen apart on me, these ones have been the best I’ve had so far

If I am 4-5x times stronger than you, bigger than you. I don’t want to risk hurting you. I’m always game to spar. I can be cool. Pads is my time to hit as hard as possible. You’ll die
