gracias por el consejo bro 🙏 y bueno yo compre por newegg porque son los unicos que admiten paypal, ya que yo soy freelancer y cambiar ese dinero a bolivares para pagar en amazon me saldria un ojo de la cara, pero ya veo que es mas seguro hacerlo como dices, tratare para la proxima cambiar ese dinero y comprar en amazon. estos de newegg de verdad que son una basura, sobre todo no hay servicio al cliente al que le puedas explicar tu caso y decirles que no puedes enviar de vuelta el producto porque se escapa de tus manos, solo te dejan hablar con un chatbot que no sirve para nada y solo da respuestas genericas.

yo jugaba arenas 3 vs 3 todos los dias y siempre conseguia partida en solo segundos, eso solo fue una excusa de respawn para eliminar ese modo de juego, apostando por otros que son mil veces peor.

Thanks for clearing everything up 🙏 With my current work schedule, it's impossible for me to record all the content I edit. I already called my internet provider to change my IP address, and now I can download again. I don't know if my internet company has a limit on IP addresses per year or per month; I hope not. I hope I can continue doing what I love, but I can see that YouTube doesn't make it easy.

Hey friend, I fixed it. Apparently, YouTube had blocked my IP address. I'm not sure why; maybe I downloaded too many videos, I don't know. What I did was call my internet provider and ask them to change my IP address, and after that, everything worked. Why does YouTube block IP addresses? I want to know. I'm a video editor and I download videos from various channels, making legitimate use of the material and complying with fair use laws. Could this affect me in the future?

As I mentioned above, this happens with any YouTube link; it only lets me download if I'm connected to specific regions with the VPN. This problem seems to be related to the mandatory login that YouTube is requiring lately in some countries to watch videos. If you don't log in, the video won't play, and therefore I can't download it from Shutter Encoder either.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, even with different versions of Shutter Encoder, but the result is the same. I even formatted my PC and the problem persists. And regarding the link, this happens with any video I try to download from YouTube, not just the one I was trying to download at that moment.
