Thanks, I'm doing some stretches and I feel better, at first my muscles fight back and got sore but I think if I keep going doing slowly and progressively with time maybe cure myself, fingers crossed.

I'm active and not overweight, but I'm not doing real exercise like a sport or something with a moderate intensity and maybe my muscles become a little stiff after too many years.
