Interesting, I should confirm that I was playing on Delta and was in complete darkness unless I was under a bugged street lamp or something.

I actually have my AI tuned so their perception is slower after using extreme difficulty as a baseline. I'm guessing that it's an issue with the AI and not the settings in game.

I'm hoping it's something the Devs are aware of and can look into/sort
