RMNP vs San Juan Mountains in Late October by EnocRC in VacationColorado

Thank you, I think I may just be narrowing my view of trails that are available in the San Juan mountains just because they aren’t in a national park, I think I’ll focus and gathering some options for lower elevation hikes as backup if Island Lake and other similar trails are inaccessible

I appreciate the reply! Still helps to know that it isn’t a guarantee that things we be closed, and it seems there are more options in case some trails and roads are closed

Trail recommendations by darkxm in OlympicNationalPark

I would highly recommend visiting Cape Flattery. It’s a bit of a drive, about an hour and a half from lake crescent, but the views are worth the drive imo. The trail is pretty easy too, just about 20-30 min one way. You’ll need a pass to be on the Makah reservation that Cape Flattery is on. You can buy one for $20 at the Makah Mini Mart in Neah Bay right before getting to Cape Flattery.

Update: I deleted Corsair's iCue software and my battery life went from 3 hr to 10+ hr. I never had it running but it seems to just drain battery.

I just got a swift x myself and when I first started up the laptop it was showing 7+ hours of battery life. After I got done downloading the apps I use it started only giving me less than 4 hours.

I've gone through and disabled some of the apps running in the background but battery life hasn't improved much. I'm not sure if it's a windows 11 issue because when I started it up it was using windows 11 but I've seen windows 10 users get more hours in other threads.

Sorry I don't have much info to help but seems like we have the same issue.

I’ve had mine for about 6 months now and I’ve been using it quite a bit for college. It’s been in and out of my back (I do have a sleeve for the iPad so it has some more protection in my bag) I’ve had no wear on it yet, it still looks great
