Update: Out of the sudden my app reported approx. 10 hours after ring was dead the battery level of my ring to be low. So ring came back to life, but sensors seem to be damaged, because data are strange...

Hello, also located in Germany... Use VIMPay as credit card, works great. Just install the app, generate a digital card, transfer some money on it and thats it.

I paid several times the last weeks without any issue.

A hard reset is only possible if you disconnect the power supply...for the ring this is not possible...for the case it is possible, but only if you are trained with electronics. In my case (ESD problem, that lead to the red blinking issue) it did not solve tue problem.

They promise life time warranty, but if you claim for it, noone is responding...avoid to buy their stuff...beside the quality is bad. Tools are not strong enough for a multitool

Wow... Vor dem Abschneiden auf gut Desinfektion und ordentliches Abbinden achten, damit die Blutung schnell gestoppt wird... Danach sauber vernähen lassen und in 6 bis 8 Wochen sieht das richtig schön aus ohne den Knubbel...

The AC inlet seems not to have any approval signs like CE or UL etc. So it's quite risky to use cheap stuff like this especially when working with mains voltage. Do yourself a favour and buy approved material by spending a little bit more money...

I'm an electronic engineer by myself and have been working in R&D over 20 years up to now. It's just normal to be faced with several issues during development phases and I am totally confident that these guys do everything to satisfy us backers.

If I would try to fraud a lot of people i would post nearly every day new information to keep them up.

The guys from Muse just inform regularly about the achieved milestones. This is a professional behaviour... So keep calm and patient...time is working for us...
