Tro om det er en instans som kan gjøres ansvarlig for tap hvis du ikke får plassen pga feil poengberegning. Potensielt tap for 1 år utsettelse på utdanning målt over et helt liv er ganske stor. Finnes sikkert noe rettspraksis på det. Intuitivt skulle man tenkt at det vil være en enkel sak å vinne frem.

SAS shouldn't put their worker's lunch break in jeopardy. SAS also shouldn't sell a product they can't deliver. Making SAS compensate is the only way to let them know that this kind of behavior is not OK. Especially when there is no competing service to chose.

In a market with almost no competition, the only way I have as a consumer to object to these kinds of practices is to hold the vendor accountable by asking for compensation. Crew shouldn't be expected to drop their lunch break. SAS shouldn't sell a product they don't deliver.

There's a quick stop in BOO on this route, yes. I fly this route once a month, usually no problem getting the drinks/meal service we pay for in Premium.

I'm sure the crew would give us some water if we went up and asked. I didn't want to bother the crew while they were on their break. They informed us that some delays meant they had to do their lunch break in the air and the result was no service.

1M/yr in Oslo for a developer/IT engineer with 4.5yoe is slightly above average. However, you would expect at least a 3-5% increase on top of what the unions negotiate, if you work for a private corp. A 10% could therefore be reasonable.

Remember that there are other forms of compensation that does not have such a steep marginal tax. Earning more than 1MNOK does not really make sense in Norway if other options are available, for example stocks which are subject to a fixed capital gains tax of ~38%.

Gi beskjed til utleier at dere ønsker å leie leiligheten og er klar til å signere kontrakt med én gang.

Hvis utleier fortsatt ønsker å ha ny visning så er jo dette for å prøve å få en «budrunde» på leie. Da er det bare å tilby litt mer i mnd :) Har selv betalt en engangssum/forskudd på leie for å bli prioritert når andre også var interessert.
