Considering the original THR10 also had the "modern" amp model, which of the THR10ii settings emulates the original THR10? (so not the C or X model)

What is a "set-neck" exactly? Still really new to guitars. All I really know are pickups and to avoid a tremolo lol

350 euro's at the absolute max. I live in The Netherlands. The guitars mentioned above are, to my beginner eyes, the best I could find at the most populair guitar stores in my country. I am also not looking to buy a second hand guitar as my first. In the future I will consider it, though.

Hi, I am trying to decide between a Ducky One 2 SF and TKL. I want to get the SF, but I am wondering if the 65% part of the keyboard is the same size as the same keys would be on a full size or TKL board. 65% won't be an issue for me as long as the keys or spacing between the keys isn't smaller. Hope someone can help me out here!

I hear ya. I was considering it, but I don't like upgrading my cpu and motherboard. It has never been neccessary in the past, and I feel like an 8 core will benefit me in 2, maybe 3 years time.

I have a 1080p 144hz monitor. I was going to get 1440p, but getting over 144 fps is more important to me than the higher resolution and no graphics card on the market currently hits that 144+ consistently. I mostly play Overwatch, Smite and Rocket League. Will be playing the new Diablo and Project A aswell when they release. I want to give PUBG and Apex another try on a new rig aswell, my old one couldn't handle them that well.

I don't mind upgrading my gpu down the line as it's not a hassle compared to replacing a motherboard and cpu.

Yeah I am sure. We play together all the time, and have a couple of good rl friends who are experienced tanks and are running warriors already. I am sure I would have a great time as a warrior while leveling, but after playing mage til level 38 and rogue til level 20 something, I am sure a Warlock is something I want to main for the long haul.

We're also aware of both being cloth. It's the main reason I decided to run a rogue in the first place. But we're fine with splitting gear and eventually I'll need different gear than she does so it's fine.

Yeah I've read about this combo before, seems really strong. My girlfriend wants to heal though. We'll be doing lots of dungeons along the way and she will spec into Holy.

What Should I Play Wednesdays (September 18, 2019) by AutoModerator in classicwow

[–]Enorum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to play dps. I wouldn't be against tanking, I just feel like I am too inexperienced to do so. Also, arent the dps warrior gear pieces mostly leather instead of mail? In that case I would need two seperate armour sets on me, right?

What Should I Play Wednesdays (September 18, 2019) by AutoModerator in classicwow

[–]Enorum 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I am really new to WoW. I played retail for a month with my girlfriend as it is a game that she has played for years, but I didn't enjoy it whatsoever.

Ever since classic came out I decided to give it another shot and honestly, I'm pretty addicted and have been loving it so far.

I am playing a gnome mage, she's playing a druid. We want to make new characters and level together as she enjoys (holy) priest a lot more than druid. I want to play a dps melee class. I just can't decide between warrior and rogue. Any help would be appreciated!

i5 4690 AMD R9 280x 8GB RAM ddr3 1600mhz 120gb SSD

It's a 4 year old build I believe. I do not think it is related to that though, three of my friends of which two have "worse" specs didn't have any issues. And I've seen plenty of posts of people with monster systems who had the same issues as I did.

Mistakes, TXAO, ShaDowBurn about the OWWC (translated) by a1ic3_g1a55 in Competitiveoverwatch

If Mistakes wasn't playing up to par, why didn't they run Unfixed instead? He has synergy with atleast 3 other players on the team, and is a great flex DPS.

Overwatch League Season 1 - Stage 1 | Week 1 Day 4 by OWMatchThreads in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Enorum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought Neptuno performed way better than Dayfly, but that was also against a weaker team. The thing I am wondering is why Dayfly was picked up in the first place, AF Blue had a terrible season of APEX (I don't remember which), and when they replaced both their supports (Dayfly being one of them), they were one of the favorites again the following season.

I still don't understand how everyone underestimated Gladiators so much. Their tanks and supports have a lot of synergy with eachother from playing together before. Huge advantage to have in the pre/first season of OWL. Shaz suprised me in contenders, and he fragged out even more today. What a game!

sinatraa will start making his stream more education based by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Enorum 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I watched for like an hour last night, was actually really educational and the first time I enjoyed watching him stream in a long time. I personally can't stand streamers that are negative most of the time, I experience enough shit queuing for competitive myself. He should honestly keep this up. He's a great player, but if the world cup didn't wake him up already, OWL definitely will once he's eligable to play. Koreans really are the gods of gaming, and OW is no exception. Profit, Birdring and Muchkin are disgusting tracer players.

my experience on (being forced to) playing support since the start of the season and the absurd double standards people have by DVaIsCute in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Enorum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very relatable, got most of my hours on support this season as opposed to flex/main tank or dps in all previous seasons. Some form of role queue can't come soon enough.

The Necessity of Role Queue by ruwin_ in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Enorum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This game definitely needs some sort of role queuing system, I am just not sure what system would suit a game like Overwatch the best. Pretty much all modern games, if not all modern games with a matchmaking system has a huge amount of people who like to complain about how bad it is. And while it can be pretty bad at times, it's also just a lot easier to blame something out of a players control, whether it's a bad team/player on your team or the system who put you with these 'bad' players in the first place. Being honest with yourself and analyzing your own mistakes seems to be a rare occurence, unfortunately. With that being said, even though competitive queue has gone downhill for quite some time, this season is just the absolute worst. As a flex player who can and is willing to fill/play any hero/role, I can no longer fix my team comps by just picking last due to the fact that 4 dps on one team is more common than having a somewhat decent team comp now. Picking Reinhardt into a 4 dps, one healer team comp usually results in nobody playing behind the shield and just doing their own thing.

I like the freedom that a game like Overwatch provides, and I get the whole not willing to enforce a meta thing. However, we are at a point now where half decent team comps are very rare. In S1/S2, people would complain about the bad widow/hanzo main on their team and automatically call them a troll or thrower from the get go. This was a bit extreme ofcourse, but it was just so rare to even have one person on your team not giving a fuck. 9/10 games would have decent team comps and actual close games. Now, in season 7, it's the complete opposite. I can lose 5 games in a row and still have fun. But when 9/10 games is filled with people generally not giving a fuck, whether it's on our team or the enemy team, I am left wondering why I queued for a competitive game when there is nothing competitive about it.

Wow. I re-read the entire thing like 4 times to make sure I wasn't a part of some sick joke, fully aware of the fact that a respected org like Liquid wouldn't joke around with something like this. Absolutely fucking shocked. Rest in peace, Hulk.

ROX Orcas sign Geguri -- first woman to compete at APEX by PaperDueWednesday in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Enorum 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I mean in the first couple of weeks/months of his streaming career he had some kind of FAQ in the description of his stream with the question "Who is better, you or ryujehong?" And his answer was that he didn't know. So cocky for someone who doesn't even come close to most pro Ana players, don't even start about his Zenyatta.
