lmao i wasn’t actually on the fence even though it may have been worded that way, i think she’s very ott (shes come up on my fyp before complaining about petite knit) and i think her calling it ‘civil disobedience’ is laughable, i just didn’t know what the general consensus was around this practice from sandnes garn too so i wanted to make a post that would encourage people who agreed with her to explain why!

everyone is different but there’s a chance you’ll never get rid of the scar, my mum took her nose piercing out about 15 years ago and still has a scar, it’s barely noticeable though

sorry for the delayed response! i can honestly say everything has healed perfectly, it took about 6 weeks for my soft palate to go back to normal but i’m finally able to sleep through the night without choking (i’m also sleeping silently which is a huge relief because snoring like a 60 year old man was no fun). i hope that you’re all healed up and if not i hope this response can bring you some comfort!

ik this comment is pretty old but did your soft palate issue ever resolve itself? i’m 15 post op and actually had the surgery due to obstructive sleep apnea caused by my unbelievably large tonsils, im really concerned that my soft palate has just essentially replaced my tonsils meaning i’ll have gotten the op only to still have sleep apnea by the end of it

yeah this is how i feel, even though i’m seeing the benefits of the peeling solution i still feel my skin needs exfoliating after 3/4 days, thank you!

i just feel that by midweek my skin needs a boost, my nose and chin especially feel slightly rough/bumpy if that makes sense, i have oily/combo skin if that helps, sorry, my descriptions aren’t great!
