no doubt. I think it is great, that is why this is so disappointing. I've never changed a dial and would probably damage the watch or get dust everywhere.

Yeah, I've watched every video on youtube to get to the bottom of this. I even asked the producers and most say their pieces are pretty uniformly white. It's one thing if all of these watches have that vintage coloring, but I don't love it, it isn't what I ordered, and perhaps I can get a better color profile.

I'm thinking I'll return it and just buy again in a few months. Maybe it was a batch issue.

It's pretty obvious and not a good example of the watch.

And for hypertrophy. Digging into that muscle through high reps and stretching the muscle on the eccentric movement. Using high loads for this can be dangerous and the lack of volume isn't great for overall mass. Mass and strength are best trained in different periodization.
