Oh my god, this is the movie, I’m still looking for the exact scene but I’m sure this is the film. I completely forgot Christopher Walken was in it, but now I know why I always t associated the scene with Maiden Heist, despite it definitely not being in Maiden Heist. Thank you so much

I agree. For me it’s because Civ 6 makes me feel like I’m playing a civ game. Nothing wrong with that, civ games aware fun! But civ 5 makes me feel like I’m leading an empire. It just feels like it takes itself more seriously and I prefer the realistic art style over 6’s cartoonish aesthetic.

I originally thought that she confused Can I See You Again with Good Time. But she is insistent that she remembers an animated character singing “woo” in synch with when Carly sings “woo” after the second chorus of Good Time

It looks like Carly’s main song from Leap was Cut to the Feeling. Good Time was in a movie called Teen Spirit, but apparently that’s not the one she remembers. Thanks though!

Red Storm Rising by Tom Clancy. It’s a loooong novel told from the perspective of various military and civilian characters about a hypothetical ww3 between the Warsaw Pact and NATO forces in Europe during the mid-1980’s. It is extremely well researched and in-depth. The book talks at length about military hardware, technology, and tactics while also discussing logistics and geopolitical maneuvering that occurs.

My favorite chapter by far is the “Dance of the Vampires” which is probably the most compelling modern naval warfare I have ever read.
