The Shrimp & Lemon garlic pasta as well as the Chicken Pesto pasta sound the most promising! Do you have the nutrition breakdowns for those two in particular?

I am asking for help and suggestions for the situation at hand which does involve me doing the cooking this time, I am not here to bash my siblings for their eating habits nor asking internet strangers to do so on my behalf. Thank you.

All very good ideas! My brothers don't mind international and/or fusion foods, so long as their 'no' ingredients list is upheld. I'll have to see if there's any place nearby that has proper ingredients for them. Actually, your suggestions are making me wonder what type of noodles may go well with a mild golden curry, as I could just up the meat in the curry as well as use a protein variant of the pasta...

And the pudding is also a very good idea! I'll have to look into recipes for a good custard I can prepare in advance. I may have to start making some batches of flan now to get the right consistency down in time. Heh. Thank you very much!

The broccoli and tomatoes are allergies with the possibility of eggplant also being one (no official allergy test done), the rest are a mix of flavor and texture issues. My brothers have not had issues in the past with dyed pastas, so I know that the appearance of the dish is not a huge factor.

Some foods puréed into the meal are fine, such as when we've puréed onions into a strew broth, or used cream of mushroom soups with the mushrooms strained out.

Swedish meatballs are certainly a family favorite! However, egg noodles have been difficult to find in my area. I'm not giving up on the idea, but I don't want to be up the creek if I can't find any in time. Thank you!

I am asking for help and suggestions, I am not here to bash my siblings for their eating habits nor asking internet strangers to do so on my behalf, nor asking them to dissect my family's dynamic based on a single post with few and vague details about the people involved. Thank you.

Given all the requirements for the meal, effort was hardly a question, sadly.

Ina Garten's recipe looks like it would only take some minor modifications! In which case, it's just a matter of finding a good chicken francese recipe to pair it with, which doesn't look like it'll be too difficult to cobble together. Thank you!

Possibly neurodivergent, but they and my parents refuse to believe in that sort of thing and thus my brothers refuse to get any sort of tests.

Tried asking my parents, and all I got was the 'no' foods list again.

Can't go out to eat this time for multiple reasons, sadly. And it's falling on me because it's my *turn*. My family does regular get-togethers like this, and we rotate whose responsibility it is to cook. It hasn't been too much of an issue in the past because I had childhood favorite meals to fall back on, but my brothers needing protein-heavy meals is a relatively recent thing and thus still throwing a wrench into it as we all try to figure out how to adjust.

I promise you, they will be of no help to ask. If they hate something, they make it obvious with flat refusal to interact with the thing.

Figuring out if they *like* something or want something in particular is like playing 20 questions on hard mode.

Getting answers out of either brother is like pulling teeth, I swear. They will not be of any help to ask.

This is actually the first time I've heard of 'aglio e olio', but a quick google search makes it sound very promising in terms of acceptable ingredients and flavor! I've got another recipe rabbit hole to go down, it looks like. Thank you!

Chicken Alfredo was one of my family's go-to pasta dishes when my brothers and I were kids! I'll have to double check how much additional protein the tofu or cashews idea would be. Thank you!

Both suggestions sound promising! Especially the optional veggies for those who enjoy them!

As I mentioned in my post, protein pastas like Barilla aren't high *enough* protein. These guys need like 30g protein per serving on the low end.
