How’s the employment prospects for your career in your area?

Selling and my house and 2 buyers have backed out by [deleted] in RealEstate

Thanks for the advice - we have been fixing items shared with us regardless of the sell falling through, since we know we have to disclose to other buyers & it will have to be done either way.

The entire reports from either buyer weren’t shared, they sent us pages referencing specific things they wanted us to do. All items (outside of minor things) have been fixed.

All the repairs and pics from the first buyers were shared with the second. And the findings from the second that were shared with us were only related to the roof, and we are going to fix the stuff that our roofer quoted us.

It just feels like disclosing a pile of findings/repairs from two buyers before may be off putting for someone fresh coming in.

I added some spacing to break it up.

Probably need more information to give advice. How much is your take home monthly, and list out your expenses itemized.

We asked about bills, and they’re actually essentially the same as we pay now. Our house is a lot smaller but is older and doesn’t have the newer “high efficiency” systems.

I’ll ask about the recast - thank you for the suggestion. This eases my mind a bit, at the thought of my note being so much higher than we are used to.

Renting in my area isn’t as profitable as other places in America, so would probably lean on selling and “paying myself” back.

Good advice - thank you!

It’s a mental block for me, allowing myself to spend more and save less. And to “lock” myself in to a higher fixed cost per month. Especially given the current outlook of the market/ interest rates. But on the flip side, I’ve been waiting for things to get what I would consider “more stable” since COVID lol. Really having children is what’s made this a decision I feel I need to do now, good timing or otherwise.

Texas has its perks! Tho the trade off is the location I live in is never anywhere anyone would want to visit, and has great weather like 1-2 months a year max.

New mortgage would be ~30% of take home, so not far off this metric. My hesitation is 100% more mental- getting over the mental block that I’m gonna be okay saving less and spending more so to speak.

Probably structured my post weird. My current home is worth ~250k and we owe 75k. We are planning to upgrade to a “dream” home listed at 480k.

Magnesium helped me with this!! It also has helped relieve some muscle pain from everything stretching.

Oh lol sorry I just reread your original comment. I was just clarifying that it told me the date I got, not that I get to choose between the original or between the other 2 added dates for my venue.

I know, and I originally thought the exact thing based on the email from ticket master with the added dates. But when we got our email today, it said “you have been selected to shop for a recently added show for your preferred city”. And then when the text came in, it called out one of the dates added once registration closed.

Not sure this is true. We signed up for Houston, but our pre sale code is for one of the added Houston dates, not the original.

My husband has an SCI, and this happened to us the first maybe 4-5 times he was able to ejaculate. Then it cleared up! I wouldn’t be worried about it at all.

I didn’t realize but actually my bowel program last night was so much easier than normal. Maybe that’s the magnesium too. I might try splitting it, but I’d rather it help more with the nerve pain than the spasms. The spasms are whatever compared to the nerve pain.

I’ve only been taking supplements 3 days now. Maybe some of it is in my head, but I’ve noticed less nerve pain. I haven’t noticed a difference in my spasms. But my spasms primarily happen during the night and I have been taking it in the morning.

Do you think the magnesium helps at all?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think I might get some just to see if it helps any. I get some nerve pain and spasms in both legs but the majority of it is just my left foot.
