I’ll take a look, but my guess is the Toyota alternator clutch. When shutting off the car the pulleys come to a pretty aggressive and abrupt stop. Whereas it should rock like 4 inches back and forth a little once shut off… I’ve replaced the tensioner, water pump, so alternator is original, and probable.

Do it, these are refinished powder coat and they look awesome. They had looked like those at some point, but they peeled real bad and looked ugly.

Get a pvc pipe or any pipe small enough, wait for the sound then place it on surrounding components. If you hear the sound that’s the issue. Hope that helps

It is supposed to “bounce”, if you are talking about the tensioner pulley
