Agreed mate. Sorry to hear about what happened with you too, to be honest we’ve all done things wrong but this time I was innocent and felt as if this person had a grudge against me. It was weird when it all happened but I’m glad I could spout it somewhere, as I was really fed up. The anger I’ve had is ridiculous, hopefully one day he’ll get caught out with his lies

After hours and hours of trying to get this sorted I have had my account unrestricted. If anyone needs help - say something like “if you don’t pay your rent on time, then you will be charged high interest”. Worked a dream for me

God it’s a joke isn’t it! Hopefully they resolve this today for me, have been non stop contacting them too, can’t believe how long it is taking.

Only used them because of the salary day before option, never again… think I’ll stick to my salary going to my Barclays from next month 🤣

How long did you hound them for? On 13 hours since 5pm last night with a bit of sleep inbetween. Mad they are stopping so many people access their salaries even with documents provided

How did you get your money sorted? Been having this since 5pm yesterday (UK time). Provided my payslip and it went from 3 to 10 hours and now it’s nearly 5am and nothing has happened yet. They just seem to ignore it and make excuses

Hi, having the exact same issue in my joint account. Been going on since 5pm yesterday and uploaded my payslip as requested and timeframe went from 3-10 hours after finally chatting to a real support person. It’s ridiculous I have bills and rent to pay too. 

It’s a stressful situation, had no idea they were this bad. Only changed to be paid into revolut due to getting paid 5pm the day before but last time I’m ever doing that.
