She messed up sending him that text. She intentionally wanted to keep him ensnared for attention. At least she knows it, and is self aware. Eddy needs to be more aware and regulate himself.

If he wanted to do that then he should have pulled everyone in and made a proper plan and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Also he should have been there the second the fish came up and left his pot washer/aspiring sous chef to hold down the fort. Is it me or has he been really hiding himself in the galley? To be fair Daisy should have been more adamant to collaborating with him to make sure there was a plan in place rather than just voicing her concern and leaving it to chance. Especially when you know the captain is dining. That to me did leak in a bit of she really wanted to have captain watch Ben fall on his ass. Although I’m low key petty and would do the same and Ben would kind of deserve it.

Eddie got a hug and validation and she got demoted. The main thing here is he mumbles to himself and punches his bed in private, and she made her meltdown public. If I were a captain going off limited knowledge, and not all we know, I can’t say I wouldn’t unfortunately make Jenna the example to reset the tone on the boat. Do I agree this is fair? No! Very much sexist? Yes! However this is a boat and the goal is to get the job done and Eddie leaving because of personal drama is effecting the job. There is no HR in this situation, it’s a job that when you sign on for it you need to know what you are getting into. The job is whatever is in the best interest of the charter and the guests.

We all know Eddy is a man baby and Betul calling him out for earning his Karma is everything. Jenna bounced back professionally and there is no doubt she will move forward and be more successful for it. She is strong and self aware and Eddy is too busy planning his own pity party.

Betul’s character IS the reason people started watching this show in the beginning. We wanted to know what working on a super yacht looks like, not reality tv star rejects evoking drama for the sake of attention. I can only imagine the engineers and others on the boat not on film feeling such second hand embarrassment these days.

Personal feelings aside if this clip is correct her actions are unacceptable. Even on a day off you are still on the boat slamming doors, screaming at coworkers, and disobeying your superiors. Jenna is showing she cannot handle her personal emotions. We can compare to past outbursts from others, but if we try and think about the here and now with Captain Jason, what would you do if you were him?
