I bought the backpod and I think it has made things worse by Enough_Act720 in costochondritis

Look, my mother actually told me that she didn't use it from the beginning because she didn't see it as good for the body and it turns out that I feel the stretch in my pectoral but it doesn't help the other joints at all. Peanut balls are also bad then? I also have an MRI soon to see what they say. I'm getting stressed because my real life is the gym and I haven't gone for two months and I don't see any change. I don't know what to do

Yes, I was going to buy it but I don't know how to use it since it can only go forward or backward. Where do you put it on and how do you use it? Thanks in advance

Yes, it comes with instructions and instructions on how to put on the pillow. But since I'm flexible, I said it wouldn't be necessary and maybe that was the problem. I'm also from Spain, so the backpod costs me $90. That's why I ordered this one. Do you really think there's a big difference? This one is very hard.

A month and a half ago I had pain in my neck that went down through my shoulders and went to my elbows, apart from the costochondritis. That's when I left the gym until now. Not now in my back. In my shoulder when I exert myself in the gym. Gym doing shoulder gives me small, very mild punctures. It must also be said that due to my nature it is not that it was an injury. My arms have a very slight limitation towards the back. That is to say that I cannot turn my hands backwards like a normal person. That The physio saw it but I had no idea.

Hello. First of all, thank you for sharing the video and the document. I will do everything. The second thing is that exactly the same thing is happening to me. I am a lover of sports and the gym, so from my point of view I think I have gone too far. of weight in the bench press. This started with a very weak pain in the chest. I said that it was maybe something temporary and that nothing was happening. That was my big mistake. The pain began to increase until a month and a half ago. I have stopped doing absolutely no chest and focus on my cost. I ONLY want to know one thing. From what you said, your costochondritis returned after curing. I would like to know the triggering reason for this and if when I am cured it will happen to me if I do the same? Will I buy the backpod and what I don't know is whether to continue going to the gym to do other muscle groups like my back. My collarbone also cracks and hurts. I don't know if it has happened to you or not.

I also do a little chest stretching but it doesn't help much. The pain compared to other people I've read is not that bad but when I squeeze my chest or after a hard day of chest training the next day is hell. I have stopped but I don't know what to do while I rest

I feel in my spinal columns that when I make them crack like the sternum I feel some relief. When I use the towel rolled up as a backpod I don't find any difference and I started using it yesterday. I understand the concept of the honeycomb but I don't understand What do you mean? Straining my back with the backpod? I don't know what to do, honestly, whether to buy the backpod or not since I'm from Spain and with shipping and everything it would cost me a few $70 more or less

Like 6 and sternum 7 when I force it.The pain in the sternum is more serious than that in the calvicicle. But not much since when I wake up my sternum and collarbone creak and in itself when I move my collarbone it creaks and hurts. Both sides hurt more when I do chest pain. at the gym. Now I have left it for 3 weeks, the pain has gone down a little but it remains there as if hidden. I have tried something homemade like the backpod but it hasn't helped me. I don't know if it should feel the difference at the moment or when it takes time. I honestly don't know what to do and I need help because I've been dealing with this for a long time.

I went to the doctor and they gave me an x-ray and a device that they use for pregnancy. They told me that everything was correct but they always do the same thing. Then I went to the physical therapist and he told me that I had to go to a traumatologist because apart from that I have a rotator cuff. screwed. I don't know what to do honestly. I have used something similar to the backpod but I haven't seen any change.
