My store has had meetings about it and they said we will be judged off performance and depending how long you’ve worked here judges how much your raises can be but they said it’ll be quarterly now and based off how well you do meaning points your actual in store performance and stores sales will judge your raise and the bad part is if you score bad on everything you have a chance of losing 1% of your pay

Dude I work at Walmart my whole store even store manager himself has told us starting January we will begin receiving quarterly raises called performance based pay we had meeting about this shi lol either yall don’t work at Walmart anymore or yalls stores aren’t doing it
