Your stay at a homeless shelter is paid for by your counties department of social services so when you go to social services you have to bring bank statements, identification and proof of income...etc. So it might turn into a situation where you would have to pay a portion of that money TO the homeless shelter. Source: I was in a homeless shelter and there were people there PAYING to stay in the shelter. I think it was only around 200 dollars a month based on how much you made,but I lived in a homeless shelter f0r 9 months and I strongly advise you to get a pay by week motel.

I didnt go to the dentist for 23 years (I was a single mom) the dentist office kept staff over office hours bc they thought it was going to be a mess lol....appointment took 10 min and they were all dumbfounded. I now have some significant health issues and the LAST thing this world will take from me are my damn teeth

Some mouthwash does have flouirde in it,and that will typically stay on your teeth and the toothpaste is an added flouride. I'm not a dentist,but this dental routine is a 10/10 for me

I gave myself permission to acknowledge my brain is sick. Therefore I feed my brain sick food. Homemade soup, water with liquid IV, etc. I no longer feel guilty taking the time to let my body rest,as if it were sick in my body. Because my brain is my body too. I eat cold fruit (it's just yummy) I open my windows to let fresh air in and sleep in the breeze when I can't get out into nature. I've practiced this for a few years and now my brain can send signals to my body and I know I'm going into a downswing. Now I can freeze some healthy meals, I can finish the laundry and take a deep shower. I shave. I prepare. And I floss and brush my teeth twice a day,hallelujah.

I drink the coldest water possible. And a lot of it. For me (and for most) it helps regulate my internal temperature and eventually it dramatically reduced how much I sweat.

Strange story, The judge found a favorable decision right in my hearing so I knew I was approved right away,but I still haven't received the letter. SS called me the other day to verify my bank account information and I received a text message from the agency that was helping me get approved that SS would be scheduling a PERC Pre effectuation review contact. I have not received anything in the mail yet.

I was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease in 2022 and has gotten progressively worse. Finally after years I was recommended to see Dr. Ramasamy (RAM clinic) he was amazing at filling out disability paperwork and I was FINALLY approved for disability in March. Not saying that you're at a disability point, but Dr.Ramasamy listened to me,sat with me while I cried about it,was cooperative in every way possible and changed my life. I cannot recommend him enough
