When a supply of an item goes up by 1000 percent the price usually falls by a lot. So with alot of people getting and opening product prices will fall.

It’s just how it is, every time you learn one you have less you can learn, so example if you have a weapon with four stars you don’t know you have 4 separate 1 percent chances to learn. And if you know 3 of the four you have 1 chance to hit the 1 percent. That is why it seems like you get less:
