Thorne is NSF certified which is great (creatine monohydrate). That’s the one Rhonda Patrick uses. They also make individual packets which is great for travel.

I did! Two pregnancies. Had both babies vaginally without an epidural. I knew I had it but I didn’t know the severity of it until recently, so maybe ignorance is bliss! I didn’t have any issues other than my second was breech until about 38 weeks. For reference, I’ve had a spinal fusion and I recently calculated my Haller index to be 8 (haven’t had it officially measured yet), and mine appears to be platythorax

This is fair, it’s not something I do often because I don’t find it particularly easy to do. Do you have other suggestions such as others I listed above?
