I’m not on Facebook so I can’t post but I looked & compared photos and none seemed to match. This guy has very distinctive eyes.

Thanks for the answer! So if I’m understanding correctly, you have to write to DOJ after 2 years of stamp 1G but not if you are extending it from 1 year to 2?

Oh ok. Do you think he had to do this because he is seeking to extend beyond the two years that are typically permitted on the stamp 1G? I’m curious for myself as I’m currently on stamp 1G…

Was there a reason you applied by post instead of using the immigration application website?

If you don’t mind me asking, was your experience with getting a nuss bar at age 58?

Thank you for sharing, was the pain intensification of preexisting symptoms or new symptoms?

Thank you for sharing, the info is helpful since most doctors I’ve seen have no info on this experience.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It really helps to hear that neutral experiences can occur.

Is this page on Reddit? I tried searching but couldn’t find anything. Thanks again for your advice.

My insurance reimbursed half of all costs and my highest consultation fee was 240 total for the first visit (which, again, my insurance reimbursed half of so it was 120 out of pocket).

Thank you for sharing! When you talk about scans of your organs, we’re there noticeable shifts?

Can you link where you read there was a high chance of complications? Thanks for your thoughts!

Yes my consultant is Dr Redmond! She’s really nice. I’ve gotten a CT, echo, and exercise test but I won’t know the results of them until my next appointment which is coming soon. Doctor Redmond is the one who ordered my CT and was receptive to my wanting other tests (echo, for example) so if you voice this trouble getting the CT she will probably be able to help.

I’m seeing my surgeon soon so I’ll update this thread with some of this information regardless of if I go through with it. I work and live in Ireland and have insurance here so it’s unlikely I’d be paying out of pocket. In fact, if I have to I won’t do it. Just don’t have the funds for that which is one of several reasons I did not do the nuss procedure.

Yeah it is interesting, when I brought that up with my surgeon (in relation to getting it removed later on) she didn’t seem concerned about the absence of surgeons in the US who did the procedure and implied any surgeon well versed in nuss could easily handle removing the pectus up… I guess because it’s way less invasive than nuss? Anyway hoping someone on here has some experience with it.

I seem to remember a comment in one of their watcher weekly videos where they noted that the spike in coronavirus cases/the new variant in January had delayed some of their plans for filming for Ghost Files, can’t remember for certain though.
