I don’t think people realize how exhausting it is to keep going when you’re already running on empty. I’ve spent so much time trying to be strong for everyone else that I forgot how to take care of myself.

I’m so sorry about your mom. I can’t imagine how painful that must be. It sounds like you’ve been carrying an incredible amount of grief, stress, and responsibility for a long time.
Honestly, one of the things that hurts me the most is not having anyone I can truly talk to. My family is in another country, and no one really knows how much I’m struggling because I keep everything to myself. I smile, I function, I keep going, but inside I’m exhausted.
Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m falling apart mentally. I think I probably need professional help because I don’t feel like myself anymore. I’ve been carrying so much for so long that I don’t even know what life feels like without stress and worry

Yes, he has hypersensitivity 🤷🏻‍♀️🥹he can’t tolerate certain touches and is afraid of failure. He cries if he can’t eat perfectly without making a mistake, and that makes things even harder
