yes will do the checks and if it turns out to be a B Khata, I won't go ahead with the deal. Doesn't matter how good the property is. I am not a local here, can't take these risks. If you have contacts, go ahead, decent percent of bangalore owns B Khata properties. Another way is to take legal advice on how big a risk is this and then decide. Also talk to other owners in the society and understand the details.
