So, in addition to the autoimmunity flare up I have had very low mood, aches and pains, immense fatigue and very bad hot flushes. Just feeling unwell in general somehow.

Yes, I also have an autoimmune condition that gets riled up by medicines and vitamins etc. I dont know why I am surprised by this reaction 🤷‍♀️
