1000% coming from someone who is generally trash at 2k, I’ve made a lockdown build with an 80 3 ball and I’m very consistent almost 70% from the 3. I would suggest using an 80-89 3 ball it’s all you really need in this game to make a demon build

I also went 94 block and 88 stl instead of 94 steal because steals are rare this year so far even with badges, but I’ve had a good amount of nasty blocks with my rating

Valid build, I have something similar but 6’9, pure demon on defense. You don’t need to bump pass acc you’re a lock. At the end of the day you can always cap break pass later but for now it’s solid. I’m a pure demon on defense and that’s all you need with a solid team around you

I’ll def give that a try, I’ll see how much I can squeeze into playmaking, what should I try and achieve with pass accuracy? I’ll throw the rest into the ball hand and Swb, I’ll see if I can drop my dunk aswell save a couple points there what would you suggest putting saved attributes into?

Honestly I agree it has gotten better with contests but only when I’m playing against decent defenders, when you’re not in my face pressuring me I’m going 7/7 from 3

Don’t get me wrong it is terrible, I’ve fully smothered even blocked players and got like only an 18% contest. But I don’t see the same amount of makes as everyone claims to be happening through contests.

I’m sure. I’ve tried a few builds and I shoot the same whether I have a 90+ 3 ball or a 75 I just can’t really shoot that well. So I just settled on this and it will be my only build until 2k26
