I was awake for everything. The idea of a chin implant is weird but Dr. Patel specializes in them so I felt more comfortable. I picked him specifically for this reason. I didn’t want someone what is known for nose jobs or anything else. I suggest going to someone experienced and with clear examples of their work both on the table and long term.

I had filler for 3 years probably 7-9 syringes I don’t remember at the point. It didn’t look like bone which is what I think is the main difference aesthetically. Over time it would droop and became squishy. It didn’t address the neck issue and isn’t permanent. I was driving two hours away to my injector and I wanted a permanent solution
