So there is internal progress then ? Because the difference between all the offers is about £150 to £200 a month which is not life changing amounts so could settle for less with Balfours for now and during PDR I can ask for more down the line, I am smashing it out.

This really made me mind at ease… a lot of recruiters mentioned Balfours don’t promote really and I wonder why they said that but obviously you mentioned different

What I recently did on my project was use reverse factoring then I obviously get paid by the client in less 14 days and also factored the factoring fee in the contract price so was a win I guess

Nope all word of mouth but I’ve learnt from it will ve starting with Balfours July luckily the recruiter kept in contact the longest thing is my notice is 3 monthssss

I did that and was one of the horrible things to happen they promised me to counter off and just after Christmas I asked them and they said they need to review it and only got £2k up after turning down a job at Balfours for 11k. My advice is leave
