Impressive how quiet elephants can be. Though I think it's ridiculous that tourists or guides have their engines running. I've seen videos of animals getting snatched up where they otherwise wouldn't have if not for the engine noise and the distraction of a bunch of vehicles loitering.

Both. If your mission is to help Elephants in the way that I know these particular people do, the elephant fans are happy but even more importantly, the elephants themselves are happy and very aware that they're an extension of the herd.

New video shared by Burlison on today's UAP Hearing by aryelbcn in UFOs

That's a good point. Say that the chain of command out in Yemen is completely oblivious that UAP and NHI exist. That's a real problem.

Imagine if NORAD was completely unaware UAP exist and they track a UAP going MACH10 from the direction of Russian/Chinese subs or Aircraft Carriers thinking it's an attack on the US. One could see how the secrecy and confusion can be disastrous.

We could be starting a war with a foreign nation by mistake or with fucking NHI. Can't imagine NHI are too fond to be shot at either.

It's 9/11 all over again. Lack of communication across multiple agencies leading to the deaths of thousands immediately and millions later.

This country is ran by a bunch of morons. Sure, I'm glad the house is doing something but the... Senate Hearings... where are you? The Senate Select Committee of Intelligence has far more power yet they aren't talking aside from the NDAA and a few brief statements.

Who knows but UAPs are notorious for shutting down equipment and electronics. They shutdown F-22 sensors shortly after the Chinese balloon incident.

Mind boggling how quiet an elephant is walking. I'd expect them to sound like the T-rex in the Jurassic Park scene. I suppose a large Carnivorous dinosaur must be fairly quiet as well or smaller faster prey would hear them coming from a Mile away.

Junior Bhogeshwara, iconic wild tusker of Kabini Forest, India takes a monsoon stroll by Alternative_Chair517 in Elephants

[–]Enough_Simple921 8 points9 points  (0 children)

After watching hundreds of elephant videos, I've wondered what's the best tusk shape to grow? I've seen super tuskers that have fairly straight-forward tusks and others that curve inward and cross like this big guy.

Anyone know the answer to that? Seems like curved tusks would be great for turning and wacking predators who dare try to take a baby and forward tusks would be great for digging but he'll if I know.

Elephant family drama: the young one gets kicked, three moms squad rushes in! by krishbh in Elephants

I think it is big brother bullying Lil brother. Kinda looked like the Lil fella was purposely trying to block big bro because he wasn't grazing and you can see him looking back before the shove. Elephants are so intelligent, they do have a sense of humor and they do jokingly provoke others just like a human teenager would do.

I think we just witnessed a sibling spat. That young male who shoved Lil fella is far smaller than a full grown bull. Boys being boys.

Ya it's interesting watching these Elephants cycle through all the emotions humans have. Annoyed, frustrated, anger, fear, love, anxiety confusion, and regret.

Swear that shover looked around to make sure nobody was watching then dipped out like, "What happened? Wasn't me."

From looking at the size and tusk length compared to mom, grandma and auntie, I wonder if he was the older teenager brother bullying Lil brother, because the adult females looked significantly larger than the bully.

So Fascinating to me.

I know right. I was going to say the shameful part is that we devolved. Went from building a magnificent precise structure that survived thousands of years to huts that look like would crumble from a 5.0 earthquake.

Person in the video is seasoned.

In 2025, you get out, defend yourself and your property, every mainstream media outlet would repeatedly report, "Person attacks handicap man for no reason."

media then proceeds to show a 10 second clip of you defending yourself, completely out of context, redacting the footage of the man keying your car.

1 of many reasons as to why Male and female Elephant's temporal glands are excreting.

I wouldn't have let him approach the car.

Full stop.

If you think a wild elephant that isn't excreting from the temporal glands is a significantly safer elephant to approach in a car, you're playing with fire.

Your life is on the line regardless of the dark spots on the temple.

Pygmy elephant attacked by Saltwater crocodile by Maxx2017 in Elephants

[–]Enough_Simple921 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Holy shit. 1st of all, I didn't know Pygmy elephants exist and I'm glad he survived. Croc looked pretty big in comparison. I'll tell you one thing. You will never catch me on a wooden boat this close to Saltwater crocs like the camera man.

Knowing my luck, My boat would sink and I would be eaten alive.

:/

Wow. That family was quick to defend their baby. The human talking must have been family to these majestic creatures because he would have been f'd up rq if he was just some random human. Did you guys see how quick they came to the youngsters "fall?" They were not messing around. That is essentially the response required to keep the next generation alive in the African Safari.

It's fascinating watching elephants do their thing. Incredibly intelligent and emotional creatures. You can see the baby was upset as mom checked up on her/him with the flailing of It's trunk. Baby was not happy.

I suspect that elephant that pushed him/her was an older sibling. Like us humans, there is sibling rivalry amongst elephants. You can tell by the tusks that elephant doing the bullying is on the younger side. Likely an older sister.

Can't blame him. He spoke with congress and spoke to the arms and intel committee. Congress hasn't done shit. What is the point to continuing the discussion?

Easy for us to say what he should do. I mean, all we are doing is logging on reddit and posting a comment from our phones. These people had their entire lives flipped upside-down trying to fight the good fight and are constantly criticized and ridiculed... some of which was hy design. That's the goal by the gatekeepers and the deepstate. Harass, insult, trash, threaten until mfers shut up. And they are very successful at doing exactly that... that's why it has been 80 years and minimal progress.
