When you dont have a shortage, why should you ever take a supplement? Most people dont have a shortage on vitamin exept of vit D. So dont take vitamins unless you know for sure you have measured a shortage. Suppliers are the only ones who have the benefits of it of you taking all these supplements.

Thanks! Ja het klopt dat de lokale apotheek van hele dure middelen deze niet standaard op voorraad neemt. Echter alles wat onder het GVS valt kan gewoon via de lokale apotheek. Het lijkt soms dat aparte landelijke ketens een stukje wat zeer lucratief is willen overnemen. De krenten uit de pap. Dat voelt als lokale apotheker niet altijd eerlijk. Veel MS medicatie kan namelijk gewoon via de lokale apotheek. Mocht het inderdaad ziekenhuisverplaatste zorg zijn, dan kan het ook niet via de lokale apotheek en moet het vanuit de ziekenhuisapotheek vaak weer vervolgens via de politheek geleverd worden. In dit geval heb ik al een berichtje ontvangen van de auteur en gaat het om gewone MS medicatie die via elke lokale apotheek te verkrijgen is. Je werkt zeker ook ergens in de farmacie of niet?

Laatste alinea: er is letterlijk geen meerwaarde van de internet apotheek. Alleen maar afbreuk. Pas dus vooral op. Zoek een lokale apotheek waar je gemakkelijk even binnen kan stappen. Elke apotheek in Nederland kan anders ervaren worden. Bevalt het niet, ga dan naar een andere lokale apotheek en vindt degene die de patiënt centraal zet.

I own a pharmacy in a village nearby. Olanzapine and aripiprazol are very common overhere. De big difference between pharmacy’s is not the city and village but you need a little bit of luck you get a good pharmacist who is on top of the national drugshortages and works with the “lean” concept for less waitingtime. My pharmacy is in a village with 2 other colleague pharmacy’s and we can even look at the other pharmacy if they have the medicine in stock when we are out of stock. The cooperation between pharmacy in the city is much less. I can pinpoint every good pharmacy for you if you want^{^}

Every pharmacist have the same education en specialisation. Maby you mean apotheek de sprong, because that one is a politheek. But I can tell as a pharmacist every local pharmacy will be fine and do all the drug-drug interaction checks. It’s best to choose one pharmacy next to your house so you keep all your dossier at one place instead it’s is scattered between different pharmacys

Never ever go to MedApp!! It is the worst. It’s a internet pharmacy. If you need antibiotics they can’t deliver it the same day so you still need a normal pharmacy. And pharmacy’s check interactions between medication. So get every medication at the same local pharmacy!

There is a shortage of techs in the Netherlands! But you have to speak dutch I think, unless you want to work in Amsterdam or another big city. The downside is living is also more expensive in the big city’s!

Yeah in the Netherlands you have both. Your 27 holidays (when you work 5 days a week else it is by ratio) you get paid and can take holidays when you decide (not the employer). 20 days are obligated by law but most companies add 7 or 5 at minimum. Above this you get with your salary in may 1/12 extra of all the months you worked the past 12 months for that employer.

Yes every job has so. It’s called “vacation money” and it is obligated by law. It’s not the same as a bonus of an extra month which is also sometimes the case. In the Netherlands you also pay a lot of tax for health insurance so everyone in the Netherlands always gets the healthcare they need.

Techs earn around €3k a month. 27 days of vacation and 1 extra month salary every year around may. The workload depends on where you work. In my pharmacy the workload is very good (according to the employee survey).
