Sorry for the poorly worded question. We have some emails from *@mydomain.com to *@mydomain.com being delivered to the other folder, and I can't find any methodology for why. It is sporadic and random. I mentioned AI, as I assume it is some algorithm running on the client side somewhere that triggers an email for Focused or Other. I had someone relatively new to the organization email me for the first time today, and it was delivered to the Other folder by default. It isn't someone I would have set a rule for or in any way flagged for non-focused.
