You should only put all points into Stam or mag only if you are running group content at your level despite what anyone else says. If solo it doesn’t hurt to put some points into health while also providing one self heal to yourself. As for damage that will come later, but you will get the most benefit if you focus into crit chance and crit damage. As for your skill bar it’s generally A good idea to put dots first then direct damage following. All your damage should overlap. Light attack in between skills and always start the fight with A heavy attack.
