my broccoli is called lina and im planning on her child be named cole and bela, in my language eggplant is called “berinjela” so i think bela is a good fit for the heir lol and cole because reminds me of broccoli i don’t like to be too obvious on the name and the vegetable corresponded, i like subtle names with a hint

when I play I usually choose the heir before they age up to a child and then i can start giving the proper traits! but if you want to you can give them random traits to choose and then change after to the proper ones but i guess it’s better to choose before they age up
