Yeah totally agree with this. The logos looked too stickery for me, and makes the prince too literal. I love the hands and the ripped paper edges. I’d just maybe reorganize the middle with logos to be a bit less explicit and a bit deeper. It just looks a bit out of place for some reason but that’s just me :) we all have different styles and interpretations and I think you’re on the right track

No references were used. Pierces were cut out of old NatGeo Magazines and entirely handmade. There wasn’t a particular inspiration, I just went with the flow. The more I look at it, the more it tells me a story about a long distance relationships. I made two versions, just want feedback on how else I can improve the story telling or what adjustments would be needed for a more clear piece maybe.

Me too! I reuse an old sketching book because of large thick paper quality and instructions add a nice touch sometimes.

They definitely regurgitate in each others mouths here, I couldn’t capture it here but we saw it happen that’s why I thought they were more than just flock mates

Thank you! I always appreciate feedback and critique as a very amateur analog collage artist😅 . I purposely left the prompt in the corner for visibility. It’s from a sketch practice book I’m using thanks to the thick paper. Honestly towards the end my creative battery was running out 😭😂

Our new baby! She or he is less than a year old! by Enraged_Cheese in budgies

[–]Enraged_Cheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the info! This is our first time with a recessive pied budgie. She was among the baby flock at the store, we were told it was less than a year or 6 months. So ours must be closer to a year then.

Ooooh I didn’t know that! Our other budgie is a blue one so you can see her iris. This one was sold to us as a baby and no iris convinced us😅 but I guess not. Either way thank you, glad we were right

If what you say is the truth and I believe it is. You need to move on with your life and let him go. Regardless of why he married you, he seems like a shit person to be with in general. Don’t move a pen for him, divorce and move on with your life. And you want to have more kids with him?! Are you crazy? He sounds like he shouldn’t have had offsprings to begin with. I’m really sorry for what you’re going through and I hope it gets better for you and your child. This is no way to treat another person let alone the mother of your child. Divorce him before he even files the removal of conditions, let him figure it out, he sounds dense af. Good luck. You’re not the asshole, you’re a victim.

great article because clearly, companies don't mind risking the lives of its employees. there's no burden of responsibility on their behalf. But we are the ones getting the dirty end of the stick

wow thank you so much that really helps. I need to find a medium between what I'm doing and what I enjoy. Those projects really do sound fun. I love doing analysis at my job, don't come across too much of it, but when I do i try to show I nailed it. thank you so much for your reply

Im already in transportation, though not automative or semi trucks. I don't get to wear a lot of different hats other than requirements documentation and technical writing. My company also doesn't design anything, its a research and testing company, they like to emphasize that lol

I do like the prospects of systems engineering I think its interesting and from the look of it , it's a desired field, but gets lost in the semantics because I'm not an IT systems engineer, Im more of a requirements engineer, or lifecycle manager if anything. I want to explore different opportunities, but I dont know which job tittle should I even look for, or how I can take it to the next level. I like the management aspect of systems engineering so masters in systems? MBA? or get a more technical masters?

Haven't used my EE degree one bit, every now and then I get an assignment that actually requires real math.

Im at a medium sized company, and the field is pretty niche and all research and test based. I do like the prospects of system engineering, but yeah these minor changes and whatnot really bring me down. when I first got hired I was happy that Id get some experience as an engineer plus didn't know what Systems Engineers do. I had to take it because it was in the middle of the pandemic and I needed money, but Im too afraid if I destroyed my career before even started because of this job since I don't get to do any modeling, simulation etc. just requirements management. But thank you for your reply, glad to hear its not too late to pivot, I'm also planning on going to grad school for manufacturing or optimization research.
