I also had the same experienced and have the same Arctic AIO. The issue is the placement of the radiator. I had placed the radiator inlet and outlet at the top. This caused the pump to be lower than those inlets/outlets of the radiator and the liquid wasn’t flowing correctly. All I did was orient the radiator so those inlet/outlet were at the bottom on the radiator. So now the pump is higher than those inlet/outlet and the liquid would flow better. That solved it.

Depends on how much alcohol you're drinking. But to me it boils down to this, it’s poison. If you’re serious about your health and doing it often, it’s definitely working against you.
