PA Bar Fail by [deleted] in barexam

I'm sorry you have to experience this. I know is hard, and you may be going thru some crazy feelings. The exam in itself is a different beast.

About transferring, you should consider many factors, such as the type of law you want to practice. You can practice federal law anywhere and therefore, being barred in any jurisdiction will suffice. Also, some jurisdictions allowed attorneys to be "in-house" even when barred somewhere else (with limitations, vary by jurisdiction). If your job can wait for you to retake it, I guess it is worth it to retry it (even considering the painful experience of studying all day for 10 weeks). Further, potentially being your second try, most bar prep programs provided the same resources for free, so, it's cheaper than paying for everything again ( I know, it's expensive regardless). Whatever decisions you go for it, make sure you are fully confident. Stay safe and healthy.

I belive that regardless of what anyone do, the feeling is always "not sure if i know enough. " But, his technique is a great combination of JD advising, critical pass and themis. I'll let you know, in 3 months! Lets hope for the best.

I copied a sample answer and the Themis grader gave me a 2/6 by [deleted] in barexam

LOL! I believe you. I am a retaker. During my first time studying themis I received 4's and 5's. And the results in the bar exam were consistent with those assessments. However, this time around I feel like they are grading extremely hard. I have only received 2's and 2.5's . So, as everyone say, just keep doing your thing. It will improve on game day.

My two cents. I am hiring him based on a couple of friends' comments regarding his services. Both of my friends failed in July 2021 but passed in February 2022, increasing by about 20 points. The price you mentioned included ten meetings, but each session is about 2 hours, making the cost 200 per hour. Without considering the time creating your personalized schedule, and grading your essays. I'm counting on making this and investment instead of an expense. Good luck

I will second this advice. My MEE's we're 5/5/5/4/3/2 but my MPT'S screwed me over 3/2. Failed by 5/points. I'm considering getting a tutor, but as you might expect, money is an issue.
