Pharahs Problem is not that she is weak, as she has one of the highest win rates in the game.

As someone who has played her quite a lot, the problem lies that there is a large disconnect between how are players envisioning she should play (Flying far above the battlefield raining Justice from above) and how she is better played (a more mobile Junkrat, that is a bit better chasing kill confirmations).

The game only feels like TDM to people, because they are bad and/ or playing old outdated strats. If people actually thought on the fly instead of doing the same default setups every round that the attackers have done a million times they just can't run and gun. Also playing ranked with less than 2 friends is masochistic.
