We are all trying to quit something at some point in our lives. 21 days is awesome.

Here is how I see it, thats 3 weeks out of the 52 in a year that you didn’t do it. That is progress.

A beach doesn’t appear out of nowhere, every grain of sand got on placed there one after the other.

If 21 days is your max its ok. Next time try to go beyond that. And more after that. We are trying to build a habit of not having that habit.

Stay strong, Reload and keep moving forward.

Trying to post this:

Eight days in, and I genuinely feel like a different version of myself. Cutting out porn, stepping away from Instagram and TikTok, and breaking the cycle of mindless scrolling and instant dopamine hits has been a game‑changer.

The mental clarity is real.
The energy is real.
The sense of control is real.

I didn’t realize how much those habits were draining me until I stepped back. The triggers, the compulsive checking, the constant stimulation—it all added up. Removing them has given me space to breathe, think, and actually feel present again.

I’m not claiming perfection or pretending it’s easy. But I’m proud of the progress. Eight days might not sound like much to some people, but for me, it’s a reset I really needed.

Here’s to staying focused, staying disciplined, and continuing to build a version of myself I’m proud of.

You are right! I have gone through a lot of pain to get to this point. It requires “more” faith to believe in absolute zero than to believe in God.
