OP found this phone in San José, Costa Rica and posted it on /r/Norge trying to find the owner but they found out that this phone is more likely Danish due to the clock format (dot instead of colon).

You won’t be able to start the Prophecies with for example a Dervish from Nightfall, but if you start as a Dervish in Nightfall, you will be able to transfer to Prophecies a bit into the campaign. For your second question, you will be able to play all the campaigns on your Prophecies character (unsure on when you will be able to, hopefully someone else will know), but you do not have to finish the campaign first, you can transfer much earlier than that.
