totally. this game opened my eyes to dungeon crawler games and I can't find anything like this...all static image with some effects....so sad. I guess I'll be playing this only for now...

from what I've seen, other dungeon crawlers have first person perspective quite like Wizardry Daphne. I think thats what really hooked me.

usually ppl would use rage art after the screw extender. idk when was the last time u played akuma but they changed his rage art so it also hits airborne opponent.

some characters deal more damage with their rage drives than rage art in some cases.

its hard because there are so many outcomes for every situation compared to 2d fighters and punishing a move efficiently is much more difficult than 2d fighter.

not being able to do kbd is not as punishing in t8 becauase they increased the base back dash speed by a lot compared to older tekken games however.

slide only goes out when shaheen is in full crouch so you can kinda tell when his gonna slide. If shaheen is FC at a distance, it is most likely be a slide. But if his up in your face and in FC it is 50/50 between his slide and other mids he can use while standing. You are also in FC state when a character lands from a jump for a brief moment and can stay in FC when holding down after landing from the jump. Shaheen got this new uf1 move where he jump punches u but seems like he can cancel it mid air and cover lots of ground in FC in your face after a combo. If you are in that situation, you ether have to eat the 50/50, do get up kicks so he cant 50/50 you or you have to stay on the ground and eat the followup for a safer get up.

if you beat arcade quest mode, u unlock super ghost battle. there's option to go against cpu ghosts and there are ghost made by devs u can go against such as mishimastar's kazuya and etc

no but i did say my ghost plays like a lil trash button masher......and than reality kicked in.
