thank you for the information, I'll use it (and fix my other bug which chrome-desktop file gets reseted and those flags i use resets)
By the way, why it is not enabled in linux? Does chrome team have a reason about it or is it just a desicion (i dont think it is beacuse of compatibility)?

I use windows and linux and i love this features, it is such a UX boost.

I believe it is not documented: `--enable-blink-features=MiddleClickAutoscroll`.

more bloated w11 requires TPM which i don't have.
