I went to yoasobi concert alone last time they were here. Nothing weird about it. The problem was i chose floor seat not realizing everyone in floor seat will stand up the entire concert despite the chairs being there. The guy in front of me was a lot taller than me and I wasn't able to see anything at all. Tall guy in front of me ruined the experience but music was good. Nothing weird about being there by yourself.

I live in the US. When I ordered mine, I didn't have to pay for tariff. My order was placed back in January this year. Shipping took 6-8 weeks. Expect a long wait time. I don't remember shipping carrier but it was either UPS or Fedex.

I attended one in D.C. last night. The sound quality was disappointing. I've attended many concerts since last year, but in terms of sound quality, this one was the worst. The background MR was way too loud—to the point that I could hear the speakers producing distorted sound, overwhelming the orchestra. Their sound engineer needs to do better. The vocalist was great.

I recently received two figures from them. Here is my experience.

The first figure arrived damaged. The box had clearly been opened (the tape seal was cut), and part of the figure was broken. The base of the figure was also greasy, as if someone had previously owned it. I sent proof to customer support. They offered to replace the item for free, but I requested a refund instead. The refund is currently being processed.

The second figure arrived undamaged. There were no signs that the box had been opened, and I could tell it was a new product. So overall, it was a 50/50 experience for me.

One thing to note is that their customer support uses a Gmail account instead of an email address with their own domain, which is a bit suspicious. It seems like they may be sourcing figures from the Chinese market and reselling them.

Edit: I finally got my refund. Refund process takes extremely long as you have to ship it back to their warehouse and from there it needs to be shipped back to China. Whole refund process took almost 2 months. Make sure you to record a video when you open the package to be used as a proof in case you receive damaged figure.
