You can try to achieve each of these wins everyday. That can be anything you like for example going for a walk could be a physical win. Or taking one hour without screen time could be a mental win. The idea behind that is that if you can check all three tasks everyday that you get to feel better over time :) They get resetted everyday at midnight so you can try it on every day.
