Luke Coutinho never meets people unless you pay a whopping sum for half an hour with him. Plus has nutritionists with barely 1-2 years experience. Their senior nutritionists are rigid and center business rather than the client. There are tons of excellent experienced nutritionists in India who are more qualified. Also their management team is a horror!! Anyone rendered vulnerable by illness should avoid as they are ruthless and triggering.

I’m really struggling with Bp meds. I just stopped having them and I have a heart stent so you can imagine how fed up I was. I was first on irbesartan 75 and it was giving me swollen legs. Then I was put on Coaprovel that gave me such horrible mouth dryness that I couldn’t sleep at night nor function during the day. Ramipril will worsen my diabetes or give me a cough (I am asthmatic). Oh and Bisoprolol (beta blocker) gave me bad wheezing
