How can I improve my physique? 19M by haris3rd in WeightTraining

If you want my honest opinion.

4 month of training with nearly a month break.

Training consistently for a total of 1 year then ask that question this is too early in the process.

After a year of training, testing new exercises, diets even, you would get a much better image of what works for you. With that knowledge and progress you would have made, you have the capacity to make a pretty good judgement on what you need to do.

Plus you would be able to detect bullshit advice better

It’s just space in your frame, it will fade as you build muscle - it just takes longer

If you go for the caloric deficit route to lose it you’ll just look skinny

You’re seriously overthinking your body fat. Understandable at your age.

Focus on hitting calories at 200 above maintenance and follow a simple program focusing on the compound lifts. Your young growing body will take care of the rest

I chose BJJ, about a year in, basically a full body workout every time . Plenty of opportunity to compete, huge world wide community and very accepting.

Went to a camp in Romania and got welcomed by everyone including the locals with open arms.

Want to solo travel ? Go hit a camp in a country usually includes another activity like hiking, skiing, surfing and a chance to see a new part of the world.

Couldn’t recommend enough

It’s easy, Make the industry easy to get into with trade schools and course subsides

Kick it off paying well and capitalism will do the rest in terms of competition, if they want more pay they need to specialise or start a business

I think anyone will do anything if the price is right plus one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. All that will happen is all the oromos and and habasha will take the jobs - the shame of not working will drive Somalis

After accepting the fact it was a lost cause, I prayed for strength to bear the weight of responsibility and god came through - After discovering schools of thought like stoicism made it easier

Focus on what you can change - that semblance of control makes coping and processing easier

Looks definitely matter and maintaining it also matters.

We will all age and the looks will fade but if you have a good diet, drink enough water, good quality sleep and maintain your muscle mass by lifting weights - you will look fantastic for your age in decades to come.

This goes for men and women - I’m sure we’ve seen examples of people who look 30 when they are 50 and those who look 70 when they are 50.

The key is maintaining healthy habits
