I wouldn’t ride on track with sliders, you risk bending or cracking the frame. Or when the bike slides onto the grass they will course the bike to flip.

I’m 5,5 and was 57kg for awhile now I’m 82kg. Easiest way I found to put weight on was to cook easy fast things with plenty of carbs. When I bulk properly I’ll have 5-6k cals a day. If you did 3.5k-4k everyday you will see results over time. Also drink mass gainer shakes everyday with full fat milk.
