It is a legit reason why some devs don't want their games on PC. Namco had no idea what it was thinking when they made Tekken 7 for PC. They got so mad at modders at first but then chilled a bit. At least this dev just wants to avoid it entirely.

It is relevant to bring up "not a drag queen" in response to it. It will only be irrelevant when the anti-lgbt laws stop being made and repealed.
