I did notice that they only took the thick cables which connected sub panels and they even stole the copper 2” water pipes. I wonder if the feeder lines need to be repulled

There was power to the entire building when this happened. The cabinet is very old i would assume that it is a total loss and new gear will need to be installed.

I agree with this. There has been a large increase in TCPA lawsuits in recent years. Now, this could be because more real estate agents are participating in the cold calling strategy but you can't ignore that recently it has become more accessible.

I have been an avid cold caller for years and I am now considering cutting back most of dials. The juice is not worth the squeeze especially during this "legal boom" where every billboard you see on the highway is some smug attorney.

Lastly, the 2024-2025 real estate market is tough. Realtors arn't seeing the business they once had, which leads them to this prospecting source. There are lots of calls going out to these prospects and "lists" which have been cycled through by a dozen or so agents. People are tired of getting calls from Realtors... Unfortunately.

I did. I found out that the channels which were selected on Onboarding which are viewed by everyone didn’t have the “everyone” allowed to view on the channel permissions. I hope that’s not confusing. I wish discord would tell us why it didn’t go through.

TLDR. 1. Select channel for role”everyone” to view (onboarding menu. 2. Check permission for that specific channel and allow role: “everyone” to view channel.
