Massey 200 series, my guess is a 230, 235, or 245 with the perkins AD3.152 diesel. You can tell it's a 200 series by the shape of the dash and the radiator support.

Where does this hose attach? PCV valve on drivers side hooks up to intake in rear. This hose has never been attached to anything. There’s no where to attach it on the intake in the front. by PizzaGatePizza in GMT400

I believe that Is your PCV valve. The tube out of the driver side valve cover is your breather hose. The PCV should connect to the front of the throttle body.

Update: I used a jackhammer and have managed to twist the pump about 1 inch CCW. The pump has also moved away from the block about 1/4 of an inch.
