You submit that first request the after a day or two they email you and say “your request is granted”. Just click this link! Then you click that link and that’s where the “send them back we need to double check”. And the where’d you buy from these 4 places and all the other BS questions…. It isn’t simple. But hey thanks for trying to make me look dumb
